This policy explains the information collected through the Aimark website, why it is used, and the choices available when submitting project details or using the exterior preview tool.
Information you provide
- Contact details such as name, phone number, email address, company, and preferred reply method.
- Project information such as location, project type, stage, timeline, notes, facade photographs, plans, specifications, and related attachments.
- A house photograph and selected material direction when using the AI exterior preview.
How information is used
Aimark uses submitted information to review inquiries, respond to project requests, prepare for consultations or estimates, coordinate follow-up, operate the exterior preview, prevent abuse, and maintain website security.
Contact-form information and attachments are delivered to authorized Aimark email recipients. They may remain in business email systems for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain project records, or meet legal and operational requirements.
AI exterior preview
The Preview page sends the uploaded house photograph and selected siding direction to OpenAI to generate a concept image. The image is processed for the requested preview and returned to the browser.
Aimark does not intentionally save the uploaded source photo or generated image to a website database. Temporary files used by the web server are handled as part of the request. OpenAI processes API data under its applicable business terms and data practices. See OpenAI policies for current information.
Do not upload photographs containing people, licence plates, private documents, security details, or confidential architectural information that is not necessary for the preview.
Technical and security information
The server may process IP addresses, request times, browser information, error information, and rate-limit records to deliver the website, prevent spam, protect the paid AI service, and investigate technical problems. Rate-limit records use hashed network identifiers and are not intended for marketing.
Service providers and disclosure
Information may be processed by hosting, email, mapping, security, and AI service providers where required to operate the website and respond to a request. Aimark does not sell information submitted through these forms.
Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or during a business transaction where appropriate safeguards apply.
Analytics and cookies
The current site does not intentionally enable advertising cookies or behavioural advertising. If analytics such as Microsoft Clarity are enabled later, this policy and any required notice or consent controls should be updated before collection begins.
Your choices
You can ask about information previously submitted, request a correction, or request deletion where Aimark is not required to retain it. To make a privacy request, contact contact@aimarkgroup.com.
Security and policy changes
Aimark uses reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect submitted information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
This policy may be updated as the website, service providers, or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
